Our chefs have teamed up with New Zealand’s oldest winery, producing since 1896, for a five-course degustation dinner. Our menu pairs Australian produce with five of Te Mata’s most celebrated wines including their prestigious Coleraine, New Zealand’s most famous red wine. Indulge in the best from both land and sea from Scallops Sashimi to Black Angus Beef Wellington.
The night will be hosted by Phil Brodie, Senior Winemaker at Te Mata, he joined the team in 1992 and has had vintage experiences at Clos des Lombrays, Burgundy and at Chateau Margaux, Bordeaux.
